NCTV's monthly meetings are held on the last Thursday of the month, except when that would fall on or very near a holiday.  Our meetings in 2011 will be held:

January 27, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting

February 24, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting

March 31, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting

April 28, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting
An Officer Nominating Committee may be appointed at this meeting.
The Executive Board also has a meeting in April to review membership records.

May 26, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting
An Officer Nominating Committee, if formed at the April meeting, will deliver its report at this meeting.
Also, the list of Active and Associate (inactive) members is published in May.

June 30, 2011 - 6:30 PM - Annual Meeting (Elections) and Summer Picnic.  Location TBD (possibly Churchill Park again).

July 28, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting

August 25, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting

September 29, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting

October 27, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting

November 17, 2011 - 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting. Please note the earlier date due to Thanksgiving.

December 15, 2011 - 6:30 PM - Short Meeting and Winter Holidays Party. Please note the earlier date due to Christmas/New Years.

Town Meetings
We try to cover as many town meetings as we can find volunteers for.  If you would be willing to attend a town meeting and tape it, even once or twice a year, we would love to talk with you!  We can arrange for equipment set up and take down - all you'd have to do is follow the conversation.  If you can use a 35mm or digital camera, our video system will look easy! 

Check the town's web site for any changes to the normal schedule below.  Our weekly schedule will also indicate if we plan to show a meeting. 

Town Council meetings are  the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. 

Board of Education meetings are the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. 

Town Planning & Zoning Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month and meet all year long.
We are currently covering TPZ meetings. If you are interested in taping TPZ meetings, please contact us at nctv@nctv.org to volunteer.
