NCTV's monthly meetings are held on the last Thursday of the month, except when that would fall on or very near a holiday.  Our meetings in 2008 will be held:

February 21, 2008 - 7:30 PM - Regular Meeting

The Executive Board also has a meeting in April to review membership records.

May 29, 2008 - 7:30 PM - Regular Meeting
An Officer Nominating Committee may be appointed at this meeting.
Also, the list of Active and Associate (inactive) members is published in May.

June 26, 2008 - 6:30 PM - Annual Meeting (Elections) and Summer Picnic

July 31, 2008 - 7:30 PM - Regular Meeting

August 28, 2008 - 7:30 PM - Regular Meeting

September 25, 2008 - 7:30 PM - Regular Meeting

October 30, 2008 - 7:30 PM - Regular Meeting

November 20, 2008 - 7:30 PM - Regular Meeting

December 18, 2008 - 6:30 PM - Short Meeting and Winter Party

Town Meetings
We try to cover as many town meetings as we can find volunteers for.  If you would be willing to attend a town meeting and tape it, even once or twice a year, we would love to talk with you!  We can arrange for equipment set up and take down - all you'd have to do is follow the conversation.  If you can use a 35mm or digital camera, our video system will look easy! 

Check the town's web site for any changes to the normal schedule below.  Our weekly schedule will also indicate if we plan to show a meeting. 

Town Council meetings are  the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. 

Board of Education meetings are the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. 

Town Planning & Zoning Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month and meet all year long.
We don't currently cover TPZ meetings, although we have in the past, and may do so again in the future if scheduling and volunteer availability allow.
